If verification is not completed, deposits, withdrawals, or certain account features may be temporarily suspended.

Deposits

The following methods are accepted for deposits on hee5: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

Members making their first deposit on hee5 can enjoy a 150% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
• Another example: a ৳12,000 deposit earns a ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳20,000.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (on the bonus amount only — not the deposit and bonus combined).

General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions at hee5:

• Each bonus has its own terms and expiry — read the specific terms before claiming a bonus.
• One welcome bonus applies per account.
• Misusing bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in cancellation of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• hee5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus terms will result in the bonus portion being cancelled.

VIP Program

The hee5 VIP Program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher tiers based on regular participation and activity. Each VIP tier comes with its own additional benefits.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

hee5 is committed to maintaining a fair play environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bots, scripts, or automation tools to operate games or betting.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or errors in the platform's systems.
• Colluding with other players to influence outcomes.
• Any fraudulent or misleading behaviour.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.

Bet Outcomes & Disputes

All game outcomes on hee5 are determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Once a result is published, it cannot be changed.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, hee5 reserves the right to void and refund the bets for that round.
• Any complaints about a result must be reported to the support team.
